I checked Shin Ramyun’s nutritional facts and the amount of sodium in one cup is around 1500mg, so assuming most ramyun cups have similar sodium content, this kid just ate 9000mg of sodium. For comparison, humans should only have between 1500 to 2300mg of a day, so on average, he had almost 5 times the amount of sodium he should have consumed… He’s going to have a heart attack omg T_T Please don’t eat like this…
